Capability map

Product capabilities

Product capabilities in Tranexio are organised into five groups – business execution, customs and logistics, pricing and derivatives, treasury and finance, and risk and data. The trade contract is the single source of truth and the order anchors cash, invoices, goods and price, so every deal runs from signature to cash receipt and posting on one chain.

Key points

  • The contract is the single source of truth

The contract carries the trade model, price terms and performance requirements. Orders, shipments, declarations, payments, invoices and journal entries all derive from it, so figures stay consistent and traceable.

  • Compliance built into the workflow

Sanctions screening, limit checks, pre-declaration checks and refund document completeness sit at the point of submission, so non-compliant documents are stopped before they move on.

  • Physical and financial on one platform

Price fixing, futures orders, hedge relationships, hedge accounting and combined physical–futures accounting close the loop on one platform, so exposure and P&L no longer depend on stitched-together spreadsheets.

  • One way in for external systems

The Single Window, the electronic tax bureau, banks, futures brokers' trading systems, finance and OA systems all connect through standard connectors on the integration hub.

Capability map

Tranexio brings the seven functions of a trading business – sales, procurement, customs, logistics, finance, treasury and risk – onto a single platform. The capability domains are listed below in five groups; open any of them to see the problem it solves, how it works and the key controls.

Capability domains can be combined to suit each trade model – see Trade models. For how external systems connect, see the integration hub.
