# About us

Shanghai Saitao Datatech Co., Ltd is the company behind Tranexio and specialises in software for trade and customs. Tranexio is the AI-native upgrade of the company’s mature trade and customs product line, serving mid-sized and large traders, manufacturer-traders and agency service providers.

## Key points

- **Correct by design**：Compliance and accounting rules are written into the data model and state machines, rather than patched afterwards through manual checks and custom development.
- **AI with evidence and a trail**：Every AI suggestion comes with its rationale and a confidence score, takes effect only once a person confirms it, and leaves an auditable record of the decision.
- **One source of truth**：Contracts, orders, documents, cash and journal entries share one source, so every role sees the same set of data.

## What we do

We believe the value of trade software lies in making complex rules executable. Behind every import or export sit customs supervision, foreign exchange, tax, letters of credit, futures hedging and accounting standards; anything left to someone’s memory will go wrong as the business grows. Tranexio builds these rules into the product core so that your people can focus on the business itself.

Tranexio is delivered as “product core + industry packs + project configuration”. Project differences live in configuration, never in code forks, so every customer upgrades together with the product.
